The full chart is on one page so you simply scroll to document- no clicking through multiple tabs. So simple! Patients can update their history, meds, allergies, chief complaint and HPI using the Clipboard app, so you just review the information and continue with the exam. By pushing some of the data entry to the patient, you can significantly increase the speed of your visits. Very fast!
